Because yeah, that thing looked like Heard had bought the cheapest "Mermaid Wig" she could find at Party City, the one with the drawing of a cartoon mermaid that looked a lot like Disney's "Little Mermaid" on the plastic, but which was cheaper because it wasn't a licensed Disney product.
For some reason, Hollywood's wig game has been shitty. I've seen chicks around my neighborhood with better lace fronts. They need to start hiring some of these YouTube chicks to educate them on how to make wigs look more real.
