I like the trailer. Except that i also liked the BvS trailer. And the Suicide Squad trailer. And the Justice League trailer. Hopefully the trailer will remain true to the quality of the actual movie this time.

Aquman wont get within 50% of what AIW made at the box office....
and as for Aquaman being better than AIW....again not a good comparison for you to make because You know, Avengers IW is a universally praised film With Excellent reviews, Incredibl Ratings on ALL Sites, has Excellent Audience Scores and Had Incredible Legs at the box office proving Word of Mouth was Amazing.

if were talking box office, you should compare Aquaman to maybe Ant-Man 2 or Thor 2...AM2 is heading toward and 625 to 650 Million total gross, Thor 2 Made 649 Million...those are perfectly reasonable expectations for Aquaman....A Gross between 600 to 700 Million + could be in the cards for Aquaman....
if were talking "quality"....Maybe compare Aquaman to Cap 1 or Thor 1......both were good MCU films, that like Aquaman Introduced the characters and set up their worlds....both got decent to good reviews(79 and 77% on RT) and got good rating on all other sites....Neither are considered ALL TIME great CBMs like Avengers IW, but are considered good.....these would be great and realistic comparisons for Aquaman..and would be a smarter than setting the bar impossibly high by comparing it to AIW...
just a thought.....IMO your setting yourself and aquaman up for Massive fall ......its probably not a good idea to compare Aquaman to the highest grossing CBM the genre has ever seen and one the Best CBMs the genre has ever seen....It just seems theres a very good chance Aquaman not only WONT MEET those expectations but probably wont even get close

Well then I'll happily bump this thread and give you props for comparing Aquaman to Avengers IW.....

Yeah...comparing it to AIW is silly. I DO think that we can all agree that Aquaman will make quite a bit more than AM2...especially with the benefit of the holiday corridor.
