When this show first started thought it might finally reveal...

...to women everywhere how shallow and judgmental some men can be in regards to dating. However, it ironically has proven the exact opposite. The women are the ones leaving the Men on the balconies after seeing them in the light. I totally didn't see this coming. Could it be that the women chosen to be on the show are somehow delusional with visions of their prince charming archetype in regards to love, proving the reason they're single? I'm completely baffled.
I lost it tonight when the big girl (don't remember her name), left the Italian dude hanging! What?! Do you see yourself chick? Put down the reeses peices and pick up a Y membership. You're getting on him because he has a receding hairline, and you don't like his scarf?! That's wack. He told the other dude he didn't really like curvy girls but he still looked past it. Now I bet if she got to look at his bank statement and saw 7 figures that hair line wouldn't have been a problem.
You always hear the girls talk about "I don't care what he looks like, as long as he can make me laugh and he likes me for ME." I'm pulling the card on that mess. This show is really not helping me shake my theory about being an good looking jerk getting you more girls than a decent looking nice guy. The women out there are more ruthless than WE are. The girls out here don't want no nice guy. They don't want what's good for them. They could give a crap about compatibility. They'd much prefer the excitement of being treated like sh_it by a model douche bag. If they're not feeling like they could get disrespected or there as$ kicked at any moment then it's not worth their time. Really surprising I tell you.

I'm beginning to think many of these girls are afraid of being rejected.. so they decide to beat the guy to the punch.. and reject the guy.. So many times we women just walk away from love for the wrong reasons. It's crazy.

I'm extremely disturbed by this show though.. What does it hurt to continue to see someone you connected with in the dark.. looks or not? not like they are bound by contract to stay together after the show.. I don't think all that happens in the dark room plus the reveal is enough to determine the success or failure of a relationship.. I really don't see why they ALL can't give it a chance.

It doesn't surprise me one bit.

Regardless of how much women try to deny or mask their flaws, they are oftentimes more shallow than men. Whether it's about looks, money, power, et cetera, women are very judgemental when picking a short-term f_ck buddy or a long-term partner.

Truth be told, both genders are shallow in their respective sense; however, men are frequently more honest and straightforward about that human trait. All in all, it appears to be a matter of self-awareness.

I was totally shocked the chubby lady didn't go on ONE stinkin' date! She totally liked him in the dark... everything he said seemed to appeal to her... and then she complains about a scarf...and hairline?!

He was a nice looking guy... and maybe the scarf is 'european'. And if they lasted... maybe she could have talked him into shaving his head completely... or get hair plugs. It's not like he was terribly balding.

I thought it was most gracious of him to be open-minded when he saw her plumpness...and still wanted to meet face to face. Because of her pettiness...(or fear of rejection...which most everyone thinks about regardless what you look like)... she really lost out on a chance to go out for a nice date with a nice guy.

I bet her friends and family who watched will tell her what an idiot she was!

You're probably right. But she took the Chance to come on the show...so why not go all the way...and take the Chance of standing on the balcony.

Actually...he may have already had a bit of a clue that she was 'curvy'... before he even saw her. They did hug and he was rubbing her shoulders. You'd think he might have detected she wasn't a slim size.

I wish she hadn't chickened out... and had taken that chance for a date.

lol. yeah i agree how crazy these woman are being. i dont know why they are being shallow bitches. oops. well they are. i am nothing like that. and if i was single and was on that show i give those poor guys a chance! you never know what you could be missing. its just a date their agreeing to at the end of the show right? its not like their saying you have to marry them. i am so mad that almost all these women are turning down these sweet guys. this show is making it seem like all woman are shallow bitches just wanting a handsome guy or badass.. whatever. well there are women out there that are nice and actually give guys a chance. i dont know where they are finding these women but it pisses me off. correct me if im wrong but hasnt there already been two episodes where all the women turned down the guys? that just wasnt right. its funny how it episode 3 i think - that these 3 women wanted that one guy.. chris i believe his name was.i dont know. he was 26. anyway they all wanted him. and in the end they all turned him down. what? i dont get it. he wasnt that bad looking. kinda cute and had a hot body. lol. besides that he seemed really sweet and a nice guy. i dont know what these women's problem was. one thought he was two young. oh my gosh 4 years .. thats a life time apart. and the other was just a damn snob. she said it looked like he borrowed his father's suit? what a bitch. it shouldnt matter what a guy wears as long as he looks put together and nice. and the other girl.. dont know what her deal was.. she said she didnt think her family and friends would like him? why not? how stupid.another bitch. sorry for cussing. these women just piss me off. lol. and im a woman and just cant believe it. anyway just wanted to state my opinion. :) and im a 24 yearold. just incase you think im old or a young kid. lol.

It's a well known fact that in our species, women are programmed to be choosier than men. It's a survival thing. Women have to be choosier because they want the best genes for the kids and best protector. Men are genetically programmed to spread their seed like crazy.

That's why it's not surprising to see more women than men leaving and not giving the other person a chance.

no thats stupid. just because you date the guy doesnt mean their going to be thier lifetime parter or husband. and really.. i seen ugly couples that had cute babies. so marrying someone just based on looks is not only vain but silly. i dont know. im a woman and just dont agree. im just not selfish, selfcentered and a bitch :)

I agree with everything cynmoss stated. Are you a bio major by any chance? Or just well-read in evolution and natural selection (lol).

But anyways, are the women trying to look for both looks and money/power in a man? It's like college sometimes, you are faced with 3 options: sleep, study , or have fun. [The catch is, you can only choose two!]

LOl cynmoss your post is so LOL it's not even funny.

I often wonder why the divorce rate is so high in the western world today then I see these sorts of posts and realise 'wow people really are stupid'.

If you didn't put women on such a high pedestal, you wouldn't have been so disappointed.
