I don't know why they bother (I think Nick Cannon's ruthless ass is responsible for this), but there is ANOTHER horrible School Gyrls movie premiering this Saturday right after the Big Time Rush christmas special.

Anyway, I agree. However, let's keep in mind that the targeted age demographic is a bit lower for this TV production that's not really a movie, per se, but rather a 60-minute comedy (think iCarly holiday specials).
Since it's all in fun, teens don't take this nearly as seriously as we adults do.
