Because the initial comment made me laugh, and I love that some people are so naive they actually believe anyone on any reality dating show has ever had an actual relationship.

Except Rick Rockwell and Darva Conger of course. I mean, they got married.

I do think it's strange that he picked Tali when he sent Anna home because of all the traveling she had to do with being a model (at least that was what was implied), and Tali does the same thing.

Although when you're stuck between Malissa who sees this more as a TV show and admitted to being a main character in the show, and Tali the choice to me is easy if you're trying to pick someone who is there for the right reasons.

i would def like to know if they are still together. I think Tali is insanely gorgeous and luke made the right decision.....Dont say it never works out soemtimes it does. It worked for trista and ryan and for rob and amber (survivor)

Survivor is not a dating show. People who work together often times end up in a relationship.

People who go on a show looking for a relationship in a closed group of applicants, do not.

I guess except for one time....I didn't know who Trista and Ryan were (had to wiki it), but good for them.

Well I agree with you to a point. Based on the sucess rate of the Bachelor/Bachelorette the average rate for marriage is like 20-1. Pretty bad for a show that is all about dating and marriage. In fact, I think more of the previous bachelors/bachelorettes ended up marrying people OFF the show at the end of the day in natural, real world relationships. Hell, I think more people from Survivor hooked up and stayed together than that show .

That said, I DO think most people come there looking for a relationship and a real connection. Maybe not all, but most. Definitely on this show lol. But yeah, most of the time, they simply DO NOT work! Out of all the multitude of dating shows, very rarely does a long term relationship (i.e. a year) ever happen and like I said, marriage itself is highly rare.

I hope Tali and Luke make it of course, but the chance they last more than a year is slim at best.

I think the biggest problem is that it's a game show. Regardless of their initial intentions, it becomes more about winning than about a relationship. This is clearly evidenced by the fact that, very rarely, do contestants leave a dating show because they don't like the central figure of the show, when that just isn't possible. Out of a group of women (or men), there is no way at least 10% of them, if not more, dislike the bachelor/bachelorette involved. There's no way some of the women on this show didn't find Luke unattractive, uninteresting, unfunny, whatever....but they stay in and play the game. If one or two people have formed a decent relationship after winning one of these shows, great....but it's just not realistic. It's like being in school and saying "I have to fall in love with someone from my English class". You can't have a closed pool and expect to find the best person for you....maybe the best IN THE GROUP, but again, it's a closed pool so it most likely won't work out.

Well just went to that site and her Myspace page and although there is no confirmation eitherway, for her page to be still be posted 'single' cant be good for a girl who was proposed marriage just a few months ago . The show is now over, she should have a dozen of her and Luke being 'in love'. We'll see maybe they will surprise us and will be living happily ever after. Hope so!

I think the couples that get together on dating shows like this aren´t allowed to see each other until the show´s finale actually airs, so that people can´t see them together, take pictures and ruin the surprise ending.

I read it online, can´t remember where and who knows if it´s true. So technically, Luke and Tali may have spent the last few months apart and only now can they freely enjoy their relationship.
