Season 1, ep 2 -- last scene, mother and dead son in prison

I strongly felt that a mother would not cover her dead son's head with a blanket. In spite of the fact that she was calm, intelligent and a realist, her son was recently dead, and I think she would have brought the blanket up under his chin as if tucking him in at night. Any other thoughts?
