They're a lot older than their characters are supposed to be. Kodai and Shima are being played by actors in their late 30s. Sanada is being played by a guy who is just under 50. I hope they look a lot younger than they are.

look right. But I think they should have gotten Don Frye(Captain Gordon, Final Wars) for that role.
Just means that Dawson's Casting is alive and well on both sides of the Pacific.

When I first saw the poster of Kodai kneeling in front of the battered old Yamato, I thought "OMG, it's Derek-fracking-Wildstar in the flesh!!!"
Ahem, sorry, Wildstar was my greatest hero when I was a kid. :)
