Why did Mycroft give Euros 5 minutes with Moriarty without listening?

How could she know whether he's listening or not. Could'nt he fix the camera so that the red light on it would be turned off but the camera would still be working?

Because she's smarter than him of course. Smarter than everyone! 
Which allows her to do pretty much anything she wants because....plot?
When the East wind blows it sweeps up everything in it's path! 

Ridiculous plot hole, but overshadowed by the general ridiculousness of the entire episode.

Yeah, I finally saw that episode, and it was unbelievably terrible.

So bad that I don't want them to make any more episodes, unless they can bring in entirely new and better writers.
