Was the bad guy arrested? Luther plants blood evidence, the bad guy scrubs it off, but Luther says it wasn't actually the bad guys blood and ?? what he still had it somewhere else incriminating the bad guy???? I assume the police have the woman's body from the boat, so I guess the bad guys prints or DNA are thereabouts?? Would the evidence from the boat be admissible as search by Luther was illegal?? This one left me baffled.

The bad guy got a call about the blood they found, but they didn't tell him where. So him showing up at the boat acknowledges he knew where the boat with the freezer holding the lady is.
