The Music Festival

I don't go to concerts, so I have to ask: is this a realistic representation of what these events are actually like? It just looked childish, silly, and garish, with insipid, boring music. I don't know if that's realistic or if the film makers invented something awful and unappealing for comedic effect. I would only spend a day there if someone paid for my ticket and gave me a thousand dollars in cash.
