Real or not?

I know Toe Tag is notorious for their realistic gore, so I'm just a little confused as to whether this film contains actual footage of killings or if Toe Tag is just up to their usual game of trying to trick you into thinking it's real. I'm led to believe it's not real because of the cast listing, but then reading some of the comments and reviews, I'm not so sure. Or is it possible that it has both real and fake killings in the film?

it's all fake. The makers of this film didn't like how easy it is to watch real murder on the internet, so it was mimicked with special effects so you can watch it without witnessing a real tragedy.
