You got this bad ass guy saying "you're dead next time" but not one of these guys throws one punch, they all just grab? Realistically we all would of thrown at least ONE punch. You got 3 against 1 and not one punch was thrown. It was just ridiculous. Why don't they just try making it real?
shareBecause it's an experiment. It clearly says several times that the outsiders are not allowed to hurt them. And the volunteers know it's not real so clearly they are only going to do the minimum damage.
shareIt’s an immersive experiment, basically just role playing. Most of the time they get lost in it, but during the fights I think the colonists are all cognizant its not real.
The whole concept of the show is to take a group of people with a range of skills, place them in a controlled environment, and see how they would react. In this case, rebuild and thrive after a viral outbreak.
