Dr. George Question (Spoiler)

I don't know if this has been asked before, but do you think Dr. George knows about the kidnapping that's going to happen to him during the hospital raid? Is the kidnapping happened because Dr. George wants out of the experiment, on the 12th day he wasn't looking too good. Or is he the guy who drew the short straw to be kidnapped? If he has no knowledge of the kidnapping I wouldn't imagine that he would be too happy to be pulled out of the project.

somehow i do not think he knew it was going to happen. by that time none of them looked too good. also i remember seeing him in a soundbite that he said he did not want to leave and he wanted to figure out how to get back. anyways, i personally do not think he had a clue. they probably came to him while he was in the bowels of the boiler room and said come with us ur time is up.

I think he may have asked to leave the show. I'm just assuming that maybe an emergency or something popped up and they figured out a way to take him out of it (even though they had probably planned a kidnapping of someone). I'm saying that because he was the one who suggested they go to the hospital and who told Mike to go back or whatever.

According to John C's blog and George's top 10 list (from the Discovery website), George didn't want to be kidnapped. He said that being abruptly pulled away from his friends was like a "bayonet to the gut".

John C. said that the reason they were all so sad about George disappearing (even though they knew he wasn't dead or anything) was that by that point they'd all formed a very strong bond. And George was the glue that held the gang together, and helped smooth out the interpersonal drama. So taking him out of the picture left the biggest emotional hole.
