Honestly? I figure that she ate more food and did less. lol... I know that sounds horrible, but I didn't often see her doing serious work. I saw her sitting a lot and not doing any heavy lifting, etc.
She could have a metabolic or thyroid issue. You shouldn't judge her. Especially since you saw 44 min of their entire week. Smarten up, grow up, realize the world isn't black and white.

Without access to a medical diagnostic at the time it's impossible to know, one can only speculate that her body had enough fat stores that she didn't have a visible loss in weight or perhaps her body consumed more muscle instead of fat.
It is, however, unlikely she was eating more than the others without it being made into part of the show's narrative; considering shows like this thrive on drama, it would have made for great drama fodder. This kind of speculation is simply anti-fat ax-grinding. And considering that 1 in 2 Americans are overweight, I doubt most people have any room to critique Morgan or her body.

Of course it is a legitimate question, as is debating the authenticity of the show due to 1000's of issues such as this one.
