Best tour? Come on! Has that always been a cateogory?
If not I wouldnt be surprised if FOX just made up bullsht cateogories 2 give Britney awards. MTV does the same sht, so many kidd her *ss.

What did Demi have on her tour ?
Or did she win bc 7-11yr old voted repeatedly while Brit's fans have jobs and LIVES.

well for one thing demi actually sings live instead of walking around mouthing the words looking dead-paned and warn out....i loved Brit in the past but now its time for her to focus on working on herself and family and NOT her fans!

IMDB users need to take a chill pill and stop getting so angry you have more than one feeling!
