Why are they making all these dramatic shows into comedy movies? The A-Team was among the first wave, Dark Shadows, 21 Jump Street, and now Baywatch (more like baewatch right? Haha get it because there are a bunch of dudes creeping over Alexandra daddario?). I mean, it works, they're not bad movies, but it's sort of disappointing to the original fan base to go out of genre isn't it?

How did you forget Dragnet with Dan Aykroyd,Starsky and hutch with Ben Stiller and Green Hornet with Seth rogen? Dragnet was maybe the first serious tv show to get made into a spoof in the movie version.
