I would actually see this
The difference between the Rock and Vin Diesel is The Rock can do serious action AND comedy. Diesel can barely do serious action and it's as painful to watch him try to do funny as Al Pacino.
I agree that having Vin Diesel instead of The Rock in this movie would be much worse, but as it is, this film looks poorly written and not very funny.
