The R-rating
An R-rated Baywatch seems like a waste if they're just going to throw in a bunch of f words and dick/boob jokes. Alexandra Daddario getting naked would redeem this movie.
We haven't seen a red band trailer yet and it still has to go before the mpaa officially (by which I mean we still have that little description of the rating to read not that they will puss out)

Zac Efron shared the red-band trailer on his Twitter. From what I recall, there's only two f-words that were cut from the green-band trailer.
