shareHe's very hit and miss for me. Never really a draw. One good movie won't change it for me. And if we really think about it, I might argue that JK Simmons is the best part of Whiplash, not Miles Teller.

Yes Miles Teller's 5 minutes are up. Sorry, maybe he is a nice guy in real life, but he comes across as real unlikeable in all his movies.
I pray they don't cast him as Han Solo in the SW origin movie.

He may be fine in Whiplash, but ge struggles with everything else. He can't seem to produce any chemistry when asked to play romantic leads. It's just hard to watch him. I often wonder what Hollywood sees in him.

Just because he decided to choose the role in fantastic four ( Which any upcoming actor would have taken, since the fantastic four HAD potential to be a huge success) And now that he's in this movie, that looks like crap, doesn't mean he's a bad actor. It means he's not making the best choices, and the director's of the films he decides to be in are crap, not him. Whiplash was amazing
