Another brainless Millennial movie. God help us.

I just watched the trailer.

Shiz.

Seriously WTF has become of cinema?

reply

People who say "shiz" and "WTF" happened.

People used to take their time elaborating on their dislikes and likes, on internet forums. Now, it's an effort to even write more than two sentences.

Seriously, what has become of respectable criticism?

reply

Especially when the only thing this guy's seen is the trailer. This is obviously not Citizen Kane but it's going to be a relateable story for a lot of people in their twenties right now. Isn't that the point of film?

To him mercy is passion With me it is good manners. You may judge which motive is more reliable

reply

Shiz? You are making a deal about that. I prefer not to cuss and it really is that simple. Same with WTF.

Here is my reasons.

1.) Awful acting
2.) The story looks generic
3.) Bryan Cranston lowering himself to this type of movie. It was painful to see him in it.

Are you happy now or are you going to cry a little bit more?

reply

You understand that not 'cussing' means not using the phrase right? Using WTF is still using the expression. It's like saying I never say no to a person in need but I will say nope or nada.

reply

Another brainless person going after millennials

reply

It's true, the movie is pointless and just speaks the minds of the Millennials with direct dialogue.

reply

You don't really get the irony of your thread, do you?

reply

You just sound like a fool, a senile fool.

Hope you know that is how you come across.

reply

The movie is horrible. It just goes from bad to worse, with several "jump the shark" moments and cheesy doltish humor. It's a shame because it does have a good cast.

reply

Actually I feel like this movie was made by a bunch of people who wanted to talk about the Millennial generation but had no idea how they really experience things. The movie was such a letdown, I was expecting it to be an interesting discussion on how recent graduates are being affected by the current state of the economy, how young people are trying to get their lives together but can't, etc. It advertised itself as such but it was such a shallow examination that the plot was just really dumb. This isn't a dumb millennial movie, it's just a dumb movie.

There will be blood...but you will be loved.

reply

If you'd watched the movie you'd know that it was mocking millenials. Yes, they are losers, we all know that, but maybe they can still grow up eventually.
