2016 Spinoff "Going Forward"

Jo Brand spun off her Kim Wilde character into a new show named "Going Forward." I came onto IMDb tonight to see whether it would have 6 or 8 half hour episodes. (I've seen the first three.) Uh-oh! Only three epidsodes are mentioned AT ALL on the new show's page. Reflecting on the events in episode three, it indeed could have ended there.
I appreciate that "Getting On" had such few eps for its first season, but this is disappointing. I've only begun to 'get' the feel of the new show. I would have been able to decide whether I liked it or not at about episode six. Now I will have to wait to see if a second short series ever airs so that I can judge it. Hmm.
