Two questions

I watched this in Thai language, so missed a lot, not that there is a lot to miss.

What was in the plastic baggie that was eventually thrown in the bears face? Was it cocaine or detergent?

Also, when the darker haired brother stung or burned the bear out of the front passenger's side window with something that he appeared to plug into the bottom of the seat. Was it a curling iron and if so, how did it instantaneously heat up?
