I liked it until...(spoilers)

Until it totally turned upside down. I can buy the sudden change in personality etc of the protagonist's best friend, but where's the police in all this??

A kid gets attacked in his home and there's no investigation or any mention of suspects, unless the victim was in a coma or something.

Anyway it's a shame the film went the way it did. I thought it was a mixture between believable and far-fetched scenes.
