A decent vengeance thriller with some weird production value

So this is a pretty straightforward story, and as a displaced/delayed revenge odyssey it is entertaining enough. You know the guy is going to deliver some justice to some real bad people, and it is sufficiently satisfying.

But, I had to wonder, did the cast come from a late night 80s cable movie? Not trying to sound insulting, but several of the actors came off kind of amateurish. It was to a degree that I found distracting.

Anyway, kind of a forgettable film with some good moments, and good performances from Mulroney and Fahey.
