Yes because the best part is how Columbo doesn't look like the guy who would catch the Murderer every time

the Comedy would be subtle but I think Norm would be good at playing dumb and it was a what if early 2000's Norm

There's no such thing as 'should of been'.

It's 'should HAVE been'.

I can't imagine anybody but Peter Falk playing Columbo. He nailed the role.
