A Stitch in Crime

Fantastic episode! Leonard Nimoy played an excellent and evil villain. His day parties are swing in' too.
This episode had a great range of characters and this was one of the episodes where Columbo rarely loses his cool. Very refreshing to see. On to the next!

In "An Exercise in Fatality" he lost his cool too.

I prefer Columbo when he maintains his composure (the small screen has too many volatile sleuths already). Still, I agree this is a strong episode with Nimoy and Columbo playing very well off one another. Nimoy should have made more appearances like Robert Culp and Jack Cassidy .

Agreed Exercise in Fatality was classic and Conrad really got to him. Very rare moments like that are what made the show so enjoyable. Nimoy seemed to enjoy his roll and departure from ST. You are correct - too bad he was not used more!
