I just saw the movie, and enjoyed it. I REALLY enjoyed watching Ryan Doucette as the character Prentice though. Very handsome man!
I know that's just superficial, but hey, that added to my enjoyment of the storyline. I hope to see more of Doucette around the screen, both silver *and* TV.
I love Olympia Dukakis, and she was terrific as a butch lesbian named Stella. Brenda Fricker was great, too, as Dot.
Tell me about it.. it felt like every opportunity they had to get his shirt off they did! I'm not complaining, was kind of funny to see it in a film about lesbians though, this straight guy always half naked.

Honestly, as much as I like that movie, I didn't think it was funny as far as that part goes. I could've done without it.
