Good movie!

I wasn't expecting much, so I was surprised when this turned out to be a good movie with unforeseen twists & turns.

There are a few unbelievable things, like with most fiction. Was it believable that Jamie Lee Curtis hung from a copter with one arm in True Lies? Was it believable that a total shrew had a change of heart toward the man she was forced to marry in Shakespeare's Taming of the Shrew, because he hit her?

I had to focus on the movie and not multi-task in order to catch the twists and turns. Miss one scene, and I would've missed an important part. This was a very good movie in the mystery genre. Selma Blair did a great acting job. She's well suited to this sort of role. The husband/wife team of actors were excellent.

7 out of 10. Good movie. Well written, fairly original plot for this genre, well acted. And an unusual ending which I loved.

I enjoyed it, too. Charming little thriller with a surprising, and welcome, humorous turn at the end. There are definitely parts that won't withstand close scrutiny, but I don't think anyone was aiming for high art or terrific realism here; just a nicely atmospheric and well-acted hour and a half or so that would be satisfying in a light sort of way. And that, they achieved very well!

Blair and Smart played very well together, in particular. Those two should work together more!
