Is this a prison movie? Bah, they should do Animal 3 (and do it right this time!) but this seems like it could be something like that. Robert Patrick is "the Warden"...I could be totally off though.
Ving is sure doing a lot of movies these days, many are a low budget though. Wish he could get a really good starring role in some actioneer type flick.

It isn't really what I would consider a typical prison movie. The title implies much more violence than there actually is, but for what it is the movie is OK. I can't say I would watch it again, but I don't feel like I wasted the time it took up. I do think more time and effort should have been put into the ending.
