Wow, this moving was awesome. Noah Taylor is like my new favourite actor. I just have a question though relating to a body...
Why do the guys cut off Erica's head? I didn't catch the reason.
They also cut off her arms and legs.
As to why, my guess is as a way to eventually dispose of the body.
Did you notice in the final scene after Nate places Erica's head(covered in tape) on the kitchen counter he turns it towards Franki, as if he wanted her "to see" what he was doing to Franki(skinning him alive)?
I agree it's an awesome movie.)
Hopefully more people will watch it now that it's available on DVD.
And each of the "brothers" (band members) got some part of the body. In the car Frankie says something like "We're brothers. You're not going to leave me hanging" or something like that anyways. So if they all had a body part they were all in it together. And like the other poster above me stated it was a way to dispose of the body easier. Each one would take their "part" and maybe bury it somewhere. Tho why they were waiting and kept the parts in their homes I'm not sure...

It's not really clear how much time passed between the kidnapping, murder and Nate finding each of the guys.
If it was a short period of time, say a week, they may have not yet decided what to do with her.
