- Hey dude, let's make a rampage movie about a guy back from the war.
- Wouldn't it be like...Rambo ?
- No dude, this guy won't fight against the government, he will seek revenge because...wait...his girlfriend got killed !
- Wow dude, that's not very original...unless...that girl gave AIDS to a bunch of men in a gangbang and they come back to kill her !
- Wow man, that is the greatest idea ever ! Roll another joint ! But to make sure one guy really want to get his vengeance, let's say he just received an European offer for his music group, his ex-girlfriend comes back and his mother just has been cured from cancer. Man, this man would be pissed to contract AIDS at this particular moment !
- Haha, you bet ! Even better, let's say he GAVE HIS BLOOD to his mother to help cure her !!!
- Nah, it won't work, the doctors would have detect it during the transfusion.
- Let's have the character mentionned they haven't detected it, it always works.
- But why would a guy back from war would like to be with a slut such as AIDS-o-matic ?
- Man ! Haven't you seen Taxi Driver ? He wants to save her ! But let's make a Travis Bickle on steroids ! In his childhood, he liked to hurt animals ! You know, all psychos like to do that !
- Yeah ! And let's say that the girl got abused during her childhood, that would explain everything, at the age of 11.
- No dude ! At the age of...are you ready ? 4 !
- Wow man...So we build the group and the lover stories side by side ?
- Forget it. First the couple, then cut. We switch to the bad guys for like...30 minutes...the viewers will all be like...woah man, I'm just lost right now...in a good way...
- I get it man ! And let's make a nervous random editing, that will feel so modern...
- This movie will be so awesome. But just one detail. How the killer will find the group, once they kidnapped the girl ?
- Let's say one of the guys dropped an identity card...but without his address on it. So, the killer will call a CIA member to retrieve the address. The killer is such a grade A killer that he has been approach to serve his own government.
- Wow man, damn USA. Wait, let's call it RED, WHITE AND BLUE !
- I don't get it...
- That's the color of the American flag !
- Oh dude, that is just toooooo awesome ! We are making THE movie of the next generation !
- We are geniuses.

I was disapointed, but it still better than most of the obscur/horror/disturbing movies I watch daily.

That was great, Seph! Great stuff! More entertaining than the movie itself, IMO.

Yep, it was horrible. I felt cheated when the movie switched from Erica to the rock dude. Thought it was a slow-burn character portrait, but then it abandoned the characters, went to another character who was horribly acted, and then turned into a bargain basement slasher flick.

Yeah... I hated it. The acting was terrible, the characters were terrible. I hated Erica from the beginning with her acting like such trash. I'm too angry to even go into detail how much I hated it ha.

You didn't like the film because you didn't like the characters being portrayed? That really isn't a good overall assessment of this as a whole.

IMDB is filled to the brim with inane chatter and childish handwaving, but you've really got a talent for it. It's amazing the kind of utter nonsense people will try to pass off as an argument when they have nothing of substance to say.

My point which obviously was above you, was that the acting was carried over so well that it actually infuriated this particular viewer. Bad acting is one thing but an actor/actress that causes the viewer to be enraged is obviously doing his or her job.

I didn't like Erica, she was a horrible person. Interesting to watch and I got the feeling some horrible stuff had happened in her backstory to make her that way.

I didn't like the band, they were arrogant dicks. If those actors were meant to play arrogant dicks, they earned their money. I know people like that, pretty realistic.

CIA - well, not Rambo. Him I liked.

The family guy at the end, that was an interesting situation.

I liked the movie 8-9/10

I think every character was about as genuine as people get. Hate it or not, you have to admit everybody acted like real people do.
