He's been talking about this project for a long time and I remember it might have been released before Warcraft but that was about a year ago. He seems very passionate about this one and is co-writing with someone I like so I have high hopes for this one.

shareDuncan Jones never talked about "releasing" Mute before Warcraft, he talked about there being the possibility of getting it produced before Warcraft was released. But that obviously didn't happen.
But I have high hopes for this too, and it does still seem to be happening. And not just Mute, but a third film (with a female lead), in the same Moon-iverse, likey to follow after too. But Mute is first and sounds as if it might be happening later in the year. These articles seem to be the latest word on it:

shareSame here - waiting forever. I used the concept art for Mute as the wallpaper on my computer since 2009, so at least that long. I've been a Blade Runner fan since it was released in 1982 but I'm far more exited about Mute than the upcoming Blade Runner sequel.
