Great movie but horrible closed caption

Scrolled-up (a.k.a "rolled-up") closed caption on that movie is horrible because we can't even tell which person is talking? And to who? Talking behind by who? It's all so messed up.

Pop-up closed caption is so much easier for us all, the deaf people. So I give 1 star on the movie (rate) because of crappy closed caption, sorry.
