I clearly wasn't watching closely enough.
How many Mogs were there?
I thought I saw at least 2 of them die twice.

the Mogs you see as foot soldiers are essentially clones. There are very few "natural births." The reason they follow Ra is because he was able to extend their race and promised them all kinds of physical upgrades.
