Needs a third act

I wanna see a sequel about Billy Candle some time after the events of number 1 and he has the skills he had before along with Ray's skills too because of practice so that we can have just one playable character and he's gotta save his family or something. Obviously the gold would have to play a part in it's own right.

Anyone agree? Disagree? Just curious.

And I'd want to be able to drink alcohol, smoke cigars, and play cards. Anyone want to add any ideas?

No no no, these games are first person shooters, not adventure or rpg games, if that's what you're looking for, so far, you won't find that anywhere, and this was never supposed to be that, just a first person shooter, any additives there were, we had by luck.

Maybe a prequel about the years in which Billy Candle left the farm because of the arguments with his stepfather. Gambling should be be there as you have mentioned, maybe some new stuff like action on a steamboat and a running train, visiting a really big city like Chicago (fastest growing town of this era), Gold Rush somewhere in the US, wagon trains, working as a cowboy etc. to have more Western athmosphere.

Recreating some famous characters/actors from Western movies would be nice, too - just like sport games live very much from the fun of being able to direct your favorite stars. For this game it could be Steve McQueen, Lee van Cleef, Yul Brunner, Charles Bronson, John Wayne, Robert Mitchum, Paul Newman etc.

He's from the first CoJ-game from 2006 that plays about 20 years after the one from 2009. That's Billy Candle:
