One of Ken Burn's best!

I admit I have not had the time to watch all the episodes, but I like what I see. I wish I could have been around in the early 1900s to be a part of the group that lived in Yosemite.

I'm enjoying the series as well, and I'm certainly going to be picking it up on DVD.

The series rates thus far among Burns best works.

One of Ken Burn's worst, right up there next to the waaaaaaaar. I long for the old days of the Civil War and Baseball. I enjoyed about 60 minutes of the last episode, really! It was in color.

It was a fantastic documentary with a wealth of informative insight and the shots of the National Parks make me want to visit. Hearing about John Muir and his role in the National Parks influenced me into buying a biography, which so far has been a good read.
