Richard Schiff

I'm not really sure who his character was supposed to be -- some sort of administrator or something? He like wanders thru the movie, popping up a few times after the opening. He seems like he doesn't know what is going on most of the time. Kinda of reflects the movie -- a bit too garbled.

Samantha Morton was great though.
