What would the teacher have seen when she took the sheet off Big Momma?

Well in the sequels it was very detailed especially in the scene the OP is talking about in this movie. There's also the beach scene in the second movie. Malcolm has on a fake arms and legs covered with a realistic skin covering to add to the weight of Big Momma that really looks real. It seems like he only goes heavy with the suit details when it's for scenes like the beach and the art class where he has to show some skin and he obviously can't be wearing a flat-out fake torso suit. His cover would completely be blown if he was just walking around in the fake looking torso suit and his regular body size arms and legs popping out of it.

Personally think they took too long for that scene. Seems like the son would/should have pulled fire alarm at exact time art teacher pulled sheet. Causing not only teacher but that of students to have turn head away from big mama. But from scene it seems like teacher easily could have noticed it was a fat suit.

It seems to have swapped a lot too. One minute it's just the torso suit he got on that obviously looks fake, and then the next minute he has on coded arms and legs and a whole neck piece to blend into his skin to make it look like a real body. But it's clear he only goes heavy on the suit details and make it look like a real body when he's required to show some extra skin, like in the second movie when he took the kids to the beach. His cover would completely be blown if he was just walking around in the fake looking torso suit and his regular body size arms and legs popping out of it.
