Few comments

I liked it. Good actors and atmosphere, interesting movie.

But, why didn't they rob the safe in addition to the piano? They could use the money and they were already doing something horribly inconvenient.


Second, there is no reason to let the daughter think that he is dead. This isn't so much a critique of the movie, just a comment. I get that his wife was fed up and wanted to be with Rene, but it was a *beep* thing to do. And he has rights to have his daughter know him. It is cool that he ended up accepting the situation, but I still hope they would all realize his daughter should absolutely know that he is there. For none of them to do something about this is a bit messed up.
