I dunno...I thought the fight scenes were kinda crap

Too much stylization, repetitive actions, dodgy effects, cliché slow mo and they lacked any real sense of palpable tension or danger.

The ones featuring Zhang Ziyi were the worst. The train station fight...the whole concept was lame. Everything from her clunky-looking fur coat, the impractical twirly choreography, the blank facial expressions, jarring cuts and that silly moment where they take turns holding each other's face inches from the speeding train.

Boooring.
