Weather warfare

I just started watching the Weather Warfare episode, and the first story just cracked me up. The lady firing rockets with copper wire attached to "harness" the lightning. The rocket has to originate from its target for the wire to be attached to the target. They showed a tank as the target. So the first step of utilizing this weapon is you have to be able to get ON the enemy tank (or target). Did any one else think while watching it, "how the hell are you going to launch the missle from the target?".

I cannot be blamed for my actions, I am a victim of sobriety.

actually i believe they said she wasnt using the weather for war purposes. They showed some ppl in the beginning trying to harness and control lightning, just for scientific purposes. They then went on to talk about weather warfare and how they could use the discoveries from these ppl to control the lightning. I think they also showed some people who were actually trying to control lightning for the purpose of war. I dont really remember cause its been awhile, but i think they just showed that lady to kind of show how simple it started to how advanced it has gotten.
