Last for Ford, Indy May Be Replaced By A Woman

They'll inevitably reboot it, even though I don't think they should. If they do I hope they don't set it in the modern era or change his gender. The new Indiana Jones should be the exact same character but with a different actor.

Personally I hope they make it about his early adventures pre-Temple of Doom. Maybe the adventure that got him his PhD?

This would be awhile after Indy 5 comes out of course.

God i hope not.Piggybacking a woman into a role made famous by a man isn't progressive. It's lazy on Hollywoods part.Women should be demanding more original content. Not hand me down male roles.

Exactly.

This permanent A+ list mostly movie actor agreed to come back for another installment of a franchise only if they agreed to never recast his role to someone younger in a few years. Harrison Ford/"Indiana Jones" (Harrison Ford confirmed to star in Indiana Jones 5 as producer Kathleen Kennedy denies reboot rumors)

Or a Black.

Or a Black woman.

Or a Hispanic.

The only we know for sure is that it won't be a white male. A neither probably an Asian male.
