Suites

Almost all of the Yakuza wore suites and almost all of them had a very bad fit. The sleeves were universally too long, the trousers also. Is it just a matter of the clothes ordered for the movie, or is it just that Yakuza don't know how to wear it properly? I can understand the henchmen being lousily dresses, but I would expect the higher ups to have their suites tailored for them.
