Has anyone started to watch primeval so that they Andrew Lee-Potts/ Hatter. I am thinking about get the first season the show does sound good

I'd like to, I was under the impression that it's only shown in the UK... I can't seem to find any channel that airs it here in the US

shareUnfortunately, you can't find it anywhere for awhile. It almost got cancelled in the UK, but BBC managed to save it. New episodes won't air until 2011, but you catch it occassionally on SyFy.

I thought Syfy airs it. Not sure. If any of you are planning on watching it now, it's great, and has some of the best sfx i've seen on a british tv show. However this most recent season sucked.
sharei started to watch this show for two reasons 1) andrew lee potts (don't expect him to be the rugged bad boy though, but i tend to go for dorky guys though heeheehee) and 2) i really like sci-fi...it was the perfect match! haha

Andrew Lee Potts took me completely by surprise and swept me off my feet! I was aware of Primeval but had never watched it.
Today I bought the series 1+2 box-set because I just had to see more of this amazing actor.
It was really cheap too. Less than a tenner on play.com as it's part of their xmas deals. I should add that that's a Region 2 DVD-set and I don't know if it will play outside the UK & Ireland unless your DVD-player is multiregional.
Can't wait to watch, I just hope his Primeval character will be nearly as much fun as Hatter. No other character can be as sexy, romantic, dreamy, hot and addictive as Hatter of course
As soon as the Browns/Steelers football game is over I'm going to start the series. Mostly people who have watched it on the board have said positive things so I'm pretty excited.

I found a place to watch it online, but I haven't started it yet. I'm thinking it would just be easier to buy it online somewhere.

You can get both volumes (First 3 seasons) of Primeval through Amazon for reasonable prices in the U.S. I wouldn't know where the best place to buy it outside of the States though. Primeval is one of my favorite shows, Connor has been my favorite character from the very beginning. Andrew-Lee Potts is probably most of the reason that I decided to watch Alice and I am so glad I did, great story line and he played a kick ass Hatter.
Primeval will air its 4th and 5th Seasons in 2011.

I have been watching Primeval since long before Alice was ever thought of, and Andrew-Lee Potts is awesome in it. Connor (his character) is adorable. Syfy does usually show repeats but hasn't in a while, probably because Primeval was canceled for three months. It's been saved, though, thankfully. New episodes won't air in the UK until 2011 so they won't be on in the US for quite awhile. BBCA hasn't show any reruns either.
shareIts funny, I had watched the first season when it aired on BBC America, then forgot to watch for when they were airing season 2 and 3 and missed them but I had forgotten I liked the show, lol. Then I saw ads for Alice and decided to watch, saw Andrew-Lee Potts and thought "I know that guy" looked him up immediately and realized the connection, watched the rest of Alice, absolutely loved him in it then decided I must finish Primeval. I'm really glad it ended up getting more episodes, because the ending of season 3 is a big cliffhanger.
