I don't get how they worked out that the mobile belonged to Phelps. All they could tell from the image was that the owner was in the process of dialling a number, belonging to a Laura, yet they somehow immediately worked out that the phone belonged to Laura's husband. It could've been anyone dialling her number.
Plot hold or did I miss something?
They rang the number and got through to Laurens answerphone. They then visited Lauren, asked her for her husbands number, and Hey Presto! Mr. Phelps is found. I Think?

Dialling that number gave them the name Laura on the answer phone along with a surname an the name of a man presumably her partner or husband.
They looked up his name and tracked him to his work where they confirmed he owned the same phone as in in the picture.
