2010 Venice Film Festival

I've seen this movie during the 2010 Venice film festival, at the time the movie was in a post-production stage and it just wasn't finished. I remember it had a weird comedic sub-line that I really didn't like about the main antagonist's penis or something like that. Has anyone seen this movie recently? Does the story still revolves around that theme?
