Question about soundtrack (Band The Lairs, song 'my friends can't dance)

I've seen the band preform somewhere in the late 90's in Nice/France.

They were called the Dreamin Liars then & believe were english.

They already played the song "my friends can't dance",
but the only album i can find that features this song is the soundtrack
of this film...

Does anyone know if they are still around?
(I've only found an american band by the same name but seems not the same)
