Kenny Shot in the head
I might have missed the explanation in the movie, but could someone explained to me why Kenny (Michael Eklund) was still alive at the end after getting shot in the head?
shareThey mention that the guy who shot him was really an undercover cop working with him, but that doesn't really explain how you clearly see his brains blown out of his head, and he is later perfectly okay, so I'll chalk it up to poor writing.

remember the weapons that the Swat team started with? Those were paint ball bullets for target practice. The handguns were also loaded with this kind of ammo. Perhaps Lampone (the guy who shot Kenny) was using one of these weapons. If you've ever played paint ball you will experience moment where the paint is bouncing off, ass the so called blood we saw bouncing off Kenny's head.
Hmmmm...oh my god, they killed Kenny...You bastards! ;-)

shareThe thing to remember is that the actor playing the role wasn't really shot in the head, with brains flying out, blood smeared all over the ground. Those are special effects.
Just like you can make it appear that way in a film, you could make it appear that way in reality. The camera is just capturing what's put in front of it (if we're talking about practical effects, and such things are certainly possible with practical effects). It's no more implausible that you could make someone appear shot in real life than it is that you could make someone appear shot in a film.
