Mrs. Hoggenmuller had it out for Olivia sometimes. Take "Olivia Acts Out". She cast Francine in the lead and the enthusiastic over-achiever gets a bit part. Seems like she was getting shafted.
shareYeah but there were some times when she took up for Olivia for ex the episode where Olivia took "nature" photos. and Francine being stuck up as usual tried to put Olivia down and say her photos weren't really nature photos because they were just cats. Mrs. Hoggenmuller took up for Olivia and said they were and shut Francine down lol.

Yeah sometimes she did ignore Olivia's hand raised until she was ready to give in and pick Olivia, but she was also nice in the western episode where they lost the bus key and Olivia came up with a plan to find it and one of the girl pigs wanted to lead but Ms. Hollenmuller said that Olivia should be the lead since it was her idea.
