Cicely Tyson was wasted in this

I didn't really care for this film and much prefer the original Haunting in Connecticut, although it was nothing special, either. What I can't understand is why a classy, award-winning actress like Cicely Tyson agreed to appear in this junk for all of two or three minutes. This movie is quite beneath her.
